SMS Notifications and Text Message Consent
This page explains how Sendara Solutions Ltd, including its logistics platform Movex, collects consent and uses SMS/text messaging for account, service, logistics, payment, safety, support, and optional promotional communications.

SMS messages may be sent by or on behalf of Sendara Solutions Ltd and its Movex logistics platform. Movex provides logistics, ride, delivery, driver, payment, wallet, safety, and support-related services. Messages will identify Movex or Sendara where appropriate.

3. Optional Promotional Messages
If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may receive SMS messages about discounts, promo codes, referral offers, student promotions, driver recruitment, city launch announcements, marketing updates, and seasonal offers. Promotional SMS consent is separate from transactional/service SMS consent and is not a condition of purchase or service use.

Where Sendara or Movex collects a mobile phone number online, the SMS consent checkbox must be unchecked by default and selected by the user voluntarily. The consent wording used is shown below.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. For example, you may receive more messages when you create an account, book a ride, place an order, schedule a ride or delivery, register as a driver, upload documents, contact support, receive wallet updates, or participate in a promotion.
- Transactional/service messages: sent as needed based on account, ride, order, payment, wallet, safety, driver, or support activity.
- Promotional messages: sent only if separately selected; frequency varies by campaign.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and phone plan. Sendara and Movex do not charge you to receive SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard text or data charges.
7. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Movex: You have successfully unsubscribed from Movex SMS messages. You will no longer receive text messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe or HELP for help.
8. How to Get Help

9. Resubscribing
If you previously opted out, you may resubscribe where available by replying START, updating your communication preferences, or completing a new SMS opt-in form.

Movex: Your ride request has been received. We are locating a nearby driver. You will receive an update once a driver is assigned. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Movex: Driver [Driver Name] has accepted your ride/order and is heading to your pickup location. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Movex: Payment of [Amount] for [Ride/Order Number] was successful. Thank you for using Movex. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Movex: Save [Discount] on your next ride or delivery with code [Promo Code]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
11. Privacy and Consent Records
Sendara and Movex may collect and keep SMS consent records, including your phone number, consent status, consent date and time, source of consent, IP address or browser/device details where available, opt-out status, and the SMS consent language shown at the time of opt-in.
We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS information may be shared only with vendors that help us deliver messages, operate our platform, provide customer support, protect users, or comply with law.

12. User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile phone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. If your mobile number changes, update your account or contact support so messages are not sent to the wrong number.

Sendara Solutions Ltd uses SMS for its Movex logistics platform to send users, drivers, and partners transactional and service-related notifications about account activity, verification codes, ride bookings, delivery orders, driver assignments, pickup and delivery status, scheduled ride/order reminders, payment and wallet updates, safety alerts, support ticket updates, and service notifications. Users may separately opt in to promotional messages such as discounts, referral offers, driver recruitment updates, and city launch announcements. Users provide consent by entering their phone number on Sendara/Movex forms and selecting an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support.
